Nominations are called for the following awards to be presented at the forthcoming AGM
Senior Sportsperson of the Year - Most Outstanding Sporting Performance / Achievement by a West Australian sportsperson in any competition, anywhere in 2009. (NB Maccabiah Games were last July)
Maurie Krasenstein Award for the Junior Sportsperson of the Year - Same as above for persons 16 and under.
Joe Rosen Awards
Junior and Senior Awards, an individual or teams are eligible for each award but only one junior winner and one senior winner.
These are for Most Outstanding Maccabi Sporting Performance / Achievement by an individual Maccabi sportsperson or Maccabi team whilst competing for a Maccabi club in West Australian sporting associations' competitions in 2009.
Ethel Finkelstein Rising Star Award
For a Jewish sportsperson who has shown great determination to improve and who displays outstanding potential for future
sporting success.
Ivan Sharp Award -
The Administrator of the Year Award
